Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll and Administration Specialist to join our team at Superdry. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our employees' pay in the UK.

The ideal candidate will have excellent administration skills, preferably in a Payroll/HR environment, and be able to work with large volumes of data on a monthly basis. They will be proactive in collecting and processing information, with a focus on meeting deadlines.

Main Responsibilities
  • Validate data flow from the HR system to the payroll system to ensure accuracy of all employee data
  • Calculate and validate all payroll entities, including maternity, paternity, and adoption leave
  • Support the wider payroll team in payroll processes and report production
  • Review and validate payroll results, identifying and explaining variances for final sign off
  • Accurately process all HMRC notices, including P6, P9, SL1, and produce P45's and P60's
  • Ensure all payroll processes are documented, have an audit trail, and are available to be audited
Requirements
  • Self-motivated with a 'can do' attitude
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Quick learner able to pick up new systems and processes quickly
  • Confident in using MS Office, with Excel skills an advantage
  • Working to tight deadlines and dealing well under pressure
  • Good attention to detail and ability to work in a confidential environment
