We're excited to partner with an ambitious Somerset-based wealth management business to find a Compliance Officer who can drive regulatory excellence. As a key member of the team, you'll develop, implement, and oversee compliance policies and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory adherence.

Your responsibilities will include reviewing and improving policies, procedures, and controls to ensure FCA compliance. You'll also ensure timely regulatory reporting, effective monitoring, and anti-money laundering processes.

This role requires a strong understanding of FCA regulations and compliance requirements within an IFA environment. Experience in a similar role is beneficial, and a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning is desirable.

The estimated salary for this position is around £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a pension scheme, bonus structure, and holiday entitlement.
