Job Title: Building Manager

Trinity Estates is seeking a highly skilled Building Manager to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational running of our residential developments, ensuring high site standards and providing excellent customer service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operational running of the estate, ensuring high site standards and excellent customer service.
  • Supervise contractors and service providers, ensuring all works undertaken are of a high quality and in accordance with agreed timelines.
  • Ensure all Health & Safety audits are up to date, all actions are monitored, recorded, and completed.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the communal parts of the development to identify repair requirements, health and safety risks, and security provisions.
  • Manage and foster a positive relationship with the RMC, ensuring excellent communication and timely responses.
  • Manage the onsite staff, including task management, appraisals, training, and development, performance management, and employment-related matters.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in the residential leasehold management sector with a good understanding of building safety.
  • Knowledge of industry-related legislation and best practices.
  • Experience managing contractors and service providers with a good understanding of M&E, communal heating systems, etc.
  • Experience managing a small onsite team.
  • Customer-orientated, ensuring residents receive the best possible level of service.
  • Client-focused, flexible, organized, self-motivated, and able to work to tight deadlines.
