About the Role

Our Support Workers are the face of our organization, providing person-centered care that puts our clients at the forefront. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge, working closely with a close-knit team to deliver exceptional care. You'll support our clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores. Your compassion, empathy, and understanding will help create a safe and supportive environment for our clients to thrive.

What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £12 per hour plus 25p mileage, as well as access to a range of benefits, including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, paid training and shadowing, uniform and PPE provided, and a pension scheme. You'll also be eligible for our cycle to work scheme and Blue Light Card, offering discounts nationwide.
