About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Marketing Manager to join our team at Bell Integration - Driving Digital Transformation. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing customer-centric marketing strategies that drive engagement, retention, and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement short-term and long-term ABM strategies and campaigns that align with our GTM strategy and customer needs.
  • Provide customer analysis to identify potential demand, solution white space, target personas, and engagement mapping.
  • Work collaboratively with the strategic sales team and product marketing manager to ensure alignment with customer needs.
  • Report on account advocacy, retention, engagement, and other core KPIs.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to communicate the value proposition to customers effectively.
  • Work with the sales team, content manager, copywriters, and design agencies to create case studies, testimonials, and decks.
  • Leverage our marketing tech stack (Salesforce/Hubspot/Zoominfo/Google/Wordpress) to share insight and provide reporting, tracking, and accountability.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in customer marketing with a suitable marketing qualification.
  • Passion for customer-centric marketing and a strong understanding of the B2B technology marketplace.
  • Proven track record of crafting account-based marketing plans that drive engagement and pipeline.
  • Excellent analytical skills, customer analysis, and engagement data utilization.
  • Excellent customer-facing, relationship building, and internal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), account prospecting lists, intent tools (Zoominfo, Demandbase, Cognism), and PowerPoint.
  • Strong project management skills to coordinate and direct multiple stakeholders, messaging, contact data, content assets mix, and timing.
  • Experience partnering with external agencies and influencing internal content and creative teams.
  • Experience in planning and maintaining ABM campaign budgets and proving value and ROI.
  • Ability to react and dynamically respond to the needs of the sales team and business.
