About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Research Nurse to join our team at Fortrea Clinical Research Unit Limited in Leeds. As a Clinical Research Nurse, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of participants in clinical trials, while contributing to the development of new medical treatments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care to participants in clinical trials, utilizing your nursing skills and knowledge to ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and observations to identify potential adverse events and take appropriate action.
  • Administer investigational compounds and perform study-related activities, such as cannulation and vital signs monitoring.
  • Collect and process biological samples, and record data accurately and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with the study team to ensure the smooth conduct of clinical trials.

Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with the NMC.
  • BLS certification.
  • ILS certification to be gained in role.
  • Previous experience with Electronic Data Capture tools and Veeva is a plus, but not required.
