About the RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Research Nurse to join our team at Fortrea Clinical Research Unit Limited in Leeds. As a Clinical Research Nurse, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of participants in clinical trials, while contributing to the development of new medical treatments.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care to participants in clinical trials, utilizing your nursing skills and knowledge to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Conduct thorough assessments of participants' general well-being and potential adverse events, documenting and reporting as necessary.
- Administer investigational compounds to participants according to protocol and applicable regulations.
- Perform study-related activities such as cannulation, telemetry, and vital signs monitoring.
- Collect and process biological samples according to study protocol and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Registered Nurse with the NMC.
- BLS Certified.
- ILS certification to be gained in role.
- Previous experience with Electronic Data Capture tools and Veeva is a plus, but not required.
