About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at The Lawns, our housing with care scheme in Great Yarmouth. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users, enabling them to live independently and maintain their dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care and support tasks, promoting the independence and dignity of our service users.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues and service users, participating in wellbeing events and activities that promote a safe and engaging environment.
- Respond to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner, providing person-centred care and support.
