We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Beaumont Care Homes. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional standards of care to our residents, promoting their independence and dignity, and ensuring their overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the care team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care, adhering to Beaumont Care Homes Ltd policies and procedures.
- Prescribe, deliver, and supervise the execution of care plans, promoting rehabilitation and independence where possible.
- Oversee all aspects of medicine management, ensuring medicines are received, stored, and administered correctly.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all elements of resident experience are positive, from admission to discharge.
- Participate in inspection visits, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and best practice guidelines.
- Monitor and record resident care, documenting efficiently and thoroughly.
- Promote a cohesive team approach, working collaboratively to deliver high-quality care.
- Support the Home Manager in achieving key targets and promoting high standards of nursing care.

Requirements- NMC Registered Nurse
- Experience of delivering nursing care in the elderly healthcare sector
- People management experience
