We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Beaumont Care Homes. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the care team to ensure the delivery of excellent standards of care, promoting rehabilitation and independence where possible.
- Prescribe, deliver, and supervise the execution of care plans in accordance with Beaumont Care Homes Ltd policies and procedures.
- Champion person-centered care, continually assessing residents' needs and wishes, and developing the service to enhance their quality of life.
- Oversee all aspects of medicine management, ensuring medicines are appropriately received, stored, and administered.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all elements of resident experience are positive, from admission to discharge.
- Participate in quality and clinical governance programs, including audit and care services.
- NMC Registered Nurse
- Numerate and literate with effective communication skills
- Ability to develop internal and external business relationships
- Experience of delivering nursing care in the elderly healthcare sector
- People management experience
