Nurse Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Beaumont Care Homes. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the care team to ensure the delivery of excellent standards of care.
- Prescribe, deliver, and supervise the execution of care plans in accordance with Beaumont Care Homes Ltd policies and procedures.
- Promote rehabilitation and independence where possible and desired, with dignity and respect at all times.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all aspects of resident experience are positive, from admission to discharge.
- Participate in quality and clinical governance programmes, including audit and care services.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and best practice guidelines.
- Document efficiently and thoroughly all matters relating to residents and employees.
- NMC Registered Nurse
- Numerate and literate with the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to develop internal and external business relationships based on mutual respect and professionalism
- Ability to work under pressure while motivating the team
