Smart DCC is seeking an experienced Contract Governance Lead to join their team in London or Manchester.

Compensation Package: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing DCC's strategic, high-value, and complex contracts from signature to end of life. This includes ensuring suppliers deliver value, quality, and compliance in line with contractual obligations and managing in-life changes to existing contracts.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Using operational reporting to hold accountable the commercial performance obligations related to SLA/KPIs, manage contract disputes, oversee contract amendment processes, and lead the contract closeout process.
  2. Managing delivery of contracts in scope, identifying and managing contract-related risks and issues, and implementing contract changes.
  3. Supporting commercial stakeholders with market insights from knowledge gained from contracted suppliers.
Requirements
  • A commercially aware Contract Manager with experience in driving and managing governance and compliance of contracts.
  • Solution-driven, innovative, cost and value-led individual with working knowledge of key principles of Contract Management.
  • Strong reporting skills familiar with tools such as Jira, Salesforce, and Kanban.
