We are seeking a skilled Event Planning Specialist to join our team at Maslow's Mortimer House. As an Event Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for the administrative aspects of event planning and management, including internal partnership events and external private events.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively sell our events' space to both internal and external clients.
  • Respond to all private hire and private dining enquires in a professional, timely and business focused manner.
  • Issue invoices and collect payments in a timely manner.
  • Create Function Sheets that provide suitable detail for Operations team to run events.
  • Creating sales opportunities for future events during client liaisons and during events.
  • Conduct site visits/tours for potential clients.

Requirements

  • You have sales experience in a hospitality driven, fast-paced, client facing environment.
  • You communicate clearly. You can explain anything to anyone.
  • You are a people person that enjoys building relationships.
  • You think on your feet. You like learning new things and you adapt quickly to changes.
  • You are passionate, motivated, and driven.
