Person Specification
- Diploma/Degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent)
- State Registration
- Evidence of relevant postgraduate level education/CPD
- Able to work to MSc level

- Involvement in relevant special interest groups
- MSc level of qualification or equivalent experience
Experience
- NHS experience
- Significant postgraduate experience in a broad range of specialities, including neurological and musculoskeletal conditions
- Paediatric physiotherapy experience
- Experience of working as part of a physiotherapy team and MDT
Knowledge
- Advanced knowledge of paediatric rehabilitation physiotherapy
- Able to work independently
- Ability to manage own caseload
Skills
- Able to communicate with patients with impaired communication abilities
- Able to demonstrate empathy, motivate, and persuade patients with impaired cognitive abilities or physical senses
