About the Role
Sunbelt Rentals Careers is seeking a highly skilled Operations Director to join our leadership team for Trakway. As a key member of our team, you will play a central role in delivering our strategic objectives and driving improvements to our customer service capability.
The successful candidate will be responsible for directing and controlling the Trakway Operations business, providing strategic guidance, vision, and direction to the Director of Trakway to ensure the Trakway business unit achieves its mission and objectives. You will also work closely with the Regional Sales Director to develop and deliver the growth plan for your Region, ensuring that financial and operational performance is achieved and wherever possible exceeded.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in a senior operational delivery role, where you have delivered strategic aims and driven efficiencies and change to achieve these goals. You will have a customer-centric approach, with experience of delivering an exceptional customer experience. Strong commercial skills and business acumen, with excellent financial planning and budget management skills, are also essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and control the Trakway Operations business
- Provide strategic guidance, vision, and direction to the Director of Trakway
- Work closely with the Regional Sales Director to develop and deliver the growth plan for your Region
- Drive improvements to our customer service capability
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve operational efficiencies
