The 24x7 Group is seeking an experienced Area Operations Director to lead operations across Derbyshire, ensuring customer needs are met, staff are managed effectively, and the business remains profitable and continues to grow and thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee staff management and ensure systems are in place to support the team and enable employees to thrive at work.
- Manage contracts and services, ensuring the business remains profitable and continues to grow and thrive.
- Work closely with the Senior Group Team to drive the business forward and make a real difference to the lives of children with special educational needs.
Requirements
- A proven track record in leading and managing a divisional site.
- Strong examples of where you have personally generated success and satisfaction.
- Extensive experience of staff management, including recruitment and staff development.
- Experience of overseeing the contract management of services, including service procurement via third-party services and tender portals.
- Financial management and cost control skills.
- Advanced relationship management skills.
