Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Lettings Negotiator to join our team. As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for marketing and letting properties to customers, managing the process from the outgoing customer giving notice to end their tenancy, through to onboarding the new customer into their home.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Market and let properties to customers, ensuring a smooth transition process.
  2. Manage the process from the outgoing customer giving notice to end their tenancy, through to onboarding the new customer into their home.
  3. Produce clear, concise reports, correspondence, and marketing information in plain English appropriate to target audiences.
