Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Construction Estimator or Quantity Surveyor in high-end residential projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
