Job Title: Estimator / Senior Estimator Construction

Our client, a multi-discipline property and construction group, is seeking an experienced Estimator / Senior Estimator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing cost plans from drawings and estimating building costs of residential projects, including high-rise developments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce cost plans for New Build Residential regeneration, Mixed-Use Projects, and infrastructure projects
  • Review and analyze Main Contractors Tender submissions
  • Cost comparison and main contractor selection
  • Cost control and preparation of periodic financial reconciliations, reports, and forecasts
  • Negotiation with Contractors
Requirements:
  • Experience of high-rise cladding and replacement and contractor negotiations
  • Excel, Word, and Measurement of drawings, Cost X/Bluebeam Software skills
  • Affordable Housing, Building Practices, and Building Costs knowledge
