About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to support, manage, and deliver continuous improvement and efficiency projects across the Transportation, Energy, Power, and Major Projects Infrastructure division. As a key member of the Production HUB, you will deliver Lean as a Service and support other Production Hub Initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Support and manage continuous improvement and efficiency projects to drive productivity, improve safety, and create effective and efficient ways of delivery.
- Facilitate continuous improvement and employee involvement, promoting a culture of engagement across the business.
- Communicate effectively with various levels within the business to educate in lean methodologies and recommend changes to cut waste from operating procedures.
- Monitor the completion of tasks and ensure good performance and record on appropriate systems.
- Conduct risk assessments of processes and tasks for the project and improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, cost, and efficiency wherever possible.
- Relevant business/commercial or manufacturing/engineering degree preferred, however not a requirement.
- Understanding of cost and financial impacts.
- Ability to present data effectively.
