Senior Calibration Specialist

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Calibration Specialist to join their team. As a Senior Calibration Specialist, you will be responsible for calibrating measuring instrumentation and repair facilities to both ISO9001 and UKAS standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calibrate Micrometres, Callipers, Height Gauges, Torque Wrenches, and Gauge Blocks to both ISO9001 and UKAS standards
  • Manage the maintenance of calibration certification records and traceability
  • Oversee the implementation of mandatory and legislative QHSE aspects of work
  • Lead the Calibration of specialist products
  • Assist in the development and improvement of calibration procedures
  • Participate in external/internal audits as required

Requirements:

  • UKAS Signatory
  • Expert knowledge in Dimensional Calibration
  • Understanding of 17025 Quality Systems
  • Strong communications and IT skills
