About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Officer to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As an HR Officer, you will play a key role in providing a high standard of support across a full range of HR activities, including recruitment, benefits, payroll, and learning and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR support to employees across the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee data and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
  • Contribute to the development of HR projects and initiatives.
Requirements
  • HND or CIPD Level 3 Qualified, studying towards or an interest to do so.
  • Experience of working in an HR environment undertaking a range of tasks including general HR administration.
  • Working knowledge of HR functions and best practice.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
