Job Description

We are looking for a Restaurant Assistant Manager with great leadership skills to develop their careers while inspiring our teams to continue our business success. As a Restaurant Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food
  • Managing restaurant operations, including inventory, scheduling, and customer feedback
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve restaurant performance and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service and high-quality food

Requirements

To be successful as a Restaurant Assistant Manager, you will need:

  • A passion for our authentic fresh food and exceptional service
  • Experience working at management level in a branded or independent environment
  • A keen eye for detail, never compromising on standards and encouraging others to do the same
  • Ability to think on your feet, adapting well to the exciting changes working for a growing company can bring
  • Leadership skills, inspiring, coaching, and developing your team every day
  • A basic knowledge of financials with willingness to learn and take on extra responsibility
