Key Responsibilities:- Develop a comprehensive understanding of clinical operational data and foster learning with colleagues using analytical tools and applications.
- Collaborate with business and IT partners to design, implement, and maintain efficient analytics tools and solutions for data-driven study decision support (SDS) in agile teams.
- Proactively seek to improve our CO SDS landscape by contributing to projects and SDS solution development.
- Act as a subject matter expert for advanced analytical methodologies, programs, and projects.
- Apply analytical and statistical methods to answer business questions using multiple data sources and technical tools.
- Acquire, aggregate, and/or curate data and information to address business needs.
- Lead high-quality analyses and design effective ways of presenting and delivering results to maximize impact and interpretability.
- 5+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's or 3+ years with a Master's, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry (commercial or clinical) and/or management consulting.
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of data manipulation and analysis programming languages (R, Python), database systems (SQL and no-SQL), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Shiny, or Streamlit).
- Entrepreneurial mindset to transform the way we use data and analytics to enable decisions and hasten our delivery of medicines for patients.
