Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced German-speaking Telesales/Appointment Setter to join our team at Evoke Staffing Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for arranging new and existing customer sales appointments on behalf of our Sales Management team.

About the Role:

  • Generate high-quality appointments by conducting detailed telephone need analysis and fact-finding tasks.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that information is obtained and shared with both the customer and sales team.
  • Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, sales-targeted environment.
  • Manage high-volume customer calls and maintain existing business levels with a global organisation.
  • Operate a busy internal CRM system and provide concise and efficient information.

Requirements:

  • Fluent German language skills, ideally with German as a native or secondary language.
  • Previous sales/customer contact centre experience, managing high-volume customer calls.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven MS Office (Word, Outlook, and SharePoint) skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and within a fast-paced sales environment.
