Position: Senior Manager, Employee Relations (ER)
Location: Stockley Park
Position Overview
The Senior Manager, Employee Relations (ER) will be instrumental in offering expert advice on a range of International ER matters, including performance management, inquiries, and disciplinary procedures. This position requires close collaboration with HR Business Partners and Business Managers to minimize employment risks and ensure adherence to HR policies and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized knowledge on International ER issues
- Conduct thorough investigations and compile comprehensive reports
- Assist in business transformation initiatives
- Examine ER data to uncover patterns and insights
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Employee Relations
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Familiarity with HR legislation across Europe
- Exceptional communication abilities
