About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Director to join our Group PR team at Richemont. As a key member of our department, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's image and communications strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic communications plans to support the company's business objectives
  • Manage and coordinate the department's projects and deliverables to ensure timely and coherent results
  • Provide image and communications support to the Director and other stakeholders
  • Lead on specific topics within the department structure and work closely with the team to complete tasks and projects
Requirements
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and collaborating with marketing teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex business issues and divergent stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience of working internationally or in multicultural teams is advantageous
  • Luxury experience is key, allowing for fine-tuning of positioning and relevant market share understanding
