About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Band 6 Community Practitioner to join our ARMS team in Dorset. As a key member of our team, you will play a leading role in delivering a psychologically led service to individuals at risk of developing psychosis.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in working with individuals with psychosis, experience in practicing psychosocial interventions, and a proven ability to work collaboratively with multi-agency teams. You will be skilled in recovery-based and collaborative approaches to care planning, with a focus on empowering service users to self-manage their experiences and achieve their individual goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offer comprehensive psychological assessments and interventions to individuals and their families/support networks
  • Provide consultation and joint working skills across multi-agencies
  • Supervise others and contribute to service development
  • Undertake audit and research opportunities to enhance the service
  • Deliver training to colleagues and support the team in service development
