Area to be covered: Central and South Manchester

We are offering a highly competitive salary of £52,500 per annum, with an uncapped OTE of up to £90,000.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team as a Specification Sales Manager. You will be responsible for promoting our range of roofing and waterproofing products to clients in the refurbishment sector, working closely with building surveyors, refurbishment surveyors, local authorities, and building owners.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Field sales position promoting felt roofing, green roofing systems, bitumen membranes, hot melt roofing, cold liquid applied waterproofing, waterproof roof coatings, single ply, structural waterproofing etc.
  • Majority of time winning specifications with refurbishment clients, predominantly building surveyors, but also refurbishment surveyors, local authorities and building owners
  • Remainder of time dealing with main contractors and approved roofing contractors
  • Target responsible circa £1.9m
