Construction Sector Sales Expert

We are seeking an experienced Construction Sector Sales Expert to join our team at Cavendish Search & Selection. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development and sales, ideally within the construction or security sectors.

About the Job:
The Construction Sector Sales Expert will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in the construction sector through innovative security solutions. This includes building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, conducting face-to-face meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations, and negotiating contract terms and pricing with clients.

Responsibilities:
  1. Business Development:
    * Identify new business opportunities for security solutions in target markets such as construction, logistics, and critical infrastructure.
    * Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and opportunities.
    * Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets.
  2. Client Management:
    * Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target industries.
    * Conduct face-to-face meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations to showcase security solutions.
    * Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients, ensuring both the client's needs and company profitability are met.
  3. Sales Reporting and Analysis:
    * Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and report on sales activity and outcomes.
    * Use CRM tools to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain accurate records of sales efforts.
