Job Title: Asset Management Director

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing communication plans & campaigns for workplace pension clients. These plans will help clients achieve their goals to improve member engagement - and help with LGIM's business growth and retention objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Managing and delivering highly effective workplace pension communication plans for a specified portfolio of prominent clients and new scheme implementations.
  2. Working with the Workplace Member Communications team, maximizing the impact and quality of multi-channel communications, supporting LGIM's business growth and retention objectives.
  3. Attending external meetings with clients to demonstrate Legal & General's communications capability and proposition.
  4. Maintaining a good knowledge of L&G DC pensions proposition and processes.
Requirements

We are looking for an individual with:

  1. Excellent communication/presentation skills - previous client-facing meeting and presentational experience within significant employers and intermediaries/partners is a requirement, as is the ability to articulate and convey information in a clear and compelling manner in writing and in person.
  2. Proven track record of project and stakeholder management including delivery.
  3. Corporate client relationship management experience in a product provider, asset manager or EBC/significant intermediary.
  4. Professional qualifications in relation to the role are desirable, for example marketing qualifications and technical pension qualifications.
