Job Title: Senior Social Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Social Worker to join our team at HCRG Workforce Solutions. As a Senior Social Worker, you will be responsible for working with children and families on Children in Need (CiN) and Child Protection plans, as well as initial work on care proceedings and s20.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with children and families on CiN and Child Protection plans
  • Initial work on care proceedings and s20
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children
  • Develop and implement effective plans to support children and families

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years post-qualifying experience as a Social Worker
  • Court experience
  • Hybrid working - a minimum of 2 days per week in the office
