Job Title: Senior Social Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Social Worker to join our team at HCRG Workforce Solutions.

Job Summary:

As a Senior Social Worker, you will be responsible for working with children and families on Children in Need (CiN) and Child Protection plans, as well as initial work on care proceedings and s20.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with children and families to assess and address their needs
  • Develop and implement care plans to ensure the safety and well-being of children
  • Collaborate with other professionals to provide a comprehensive service
  • Conduct assessments and reviews to inform care planning decisions
  • Provide support and guidance to families to help them meet their needs

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years post-qualifying experience as a Social Worker
  • Experience of working with children and families on CiN and Child Protection plans
  • Knowledge of care proceedings and s20
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
