**Job Summary**

Isles of Scilly Travel is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Seasonal Passenger Handling Assistant. As a key member of our airport operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of passengers and their luggage.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with passenger check-in and aircraft dispatch, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Complete load sheets and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Assist passengers during times of disruption, providing support and guidance to ensure their journey is as smooth as possible.
  • Deal with general customer enquiries and visiting pilots, providing a high level of service and attention to detail.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the airport operations team, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our goals.

**Requirements:**

  • A good general education, with excellent communication, customer service, and computer skills.
  • Flexibility towards working hours, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Passenger handling, customer service, and systems training will be provided.
