Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Human Resources Director to lead our HR Central Service Delivery team in the EMEA region. This role will play a key part in delivering strategic HR services to our employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment legislation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key HR administration processes, including payroll, talent management, performance reviews, and employee relations. They will also work closely with our Senior HR Officer, Payroll Administrator, and HR Executive to achieve efficiency gains and drive business results.

About the Role

This is a critical leadership position that requires a deep understanding of human resources best practices, as well as the ability to navigate complex international environments. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in a corporate HR environment, preferably in the hospitality industry, and will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies that support the company's overall business objectives
  • Managing HR budgets and resources to ensure effective delivery of HR services
  • Providing guidance and support to senior leaders on HR-related matters
  • Coordinating global HR initiatives and projects, such as talent acquisition and retention, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Significant experience in a corporate HR environment, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with HR systems and databases, such as SuccessFactors
  • Ability to travel internationally, as required
