About the Role

We are looking for a talented Hydraulic Network Development Lead to join our Wastewater Team in Derby. As part of this team, you will play a key role in leading hydraulic modelling frameworks for a leading UK Water Company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and deliver high-quality projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
  • Design and implement hydraulic models, catchment plans, and solution development projects, focusing on storm overflows discharge reduction and flood alleviation.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance to support their professional growth and development.
  • Support project managers to ensure successful project delivery, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in hydraulic modelling, catchment planning, and solution development, with experience in the UK Water Industry and regulatory issues.

This role offers a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. The position requires security clearance, and offers of employment will be subject to obtaining the relevant level of clearance.
