Job Title: Apprentice HR Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Apprentice HR Administrative Assistant. As a key member of our HR Consultancy Services, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our clients.

Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and ambitious individual to kick-start their career in Human Resources. As an Apprentice HR Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for creating client documentation, liaising with clients, and providing a client-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create client documentation based on client needs and policy requirements.
  • Liaise with clients over the phone, drafting new documents and addressing queries.
  • Provide a personalized approach, building relationships and enhancing the client experience.
  • Focus on continuous engagement with clients, ensuring documents are accepted and issued to staff.
  • Guide clients through their online client portal.
  • Liaise with Digital Field Consultants and address queries.
  • Ensure work meets quality criteria and record work via computerized systems.
  • Check client details using the computerized database.
  • Attend team meetings and assist with training for new starters.
