Job Description

The key responsibilities of an HR Administrator will include, but may not be limited to:

  1. Coordinate HR administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations.
  2. Provide support to HR team members and staff, fostering positive relationships.
  3. Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with legal requirements.
  4. Assist in the planning and execution of HR-related events and initiatives.
  5. Contribute to developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  6. Stay current on industry trends in HR and the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry.

A successful HR Administrator should possess:
