Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Talent Management: Lead recruitment, onboarding, and staff development initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
  • HR Policy Development: Develop and implement bespoke HR policies tailored to the unique needs of the business.
  • Employment Law and Compliance: Provide expert guidance on employment law and HR best practices, ensuring compliance at all levels.
  • Employee Relations: Support employee relations, fostering a positive workplace culture and resolving issues effectively.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with department heads to address team-specific requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Learn and optimise the use of existing HR systems to streamline processes.

Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
