About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Management Accountant to join our team at LM RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS LTD. As an Assistant Management Accountant, you will play a key role in facilitating the smooth running of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Group Management Accountant to fulfill finance functions, ensuring sales and purchase ledgers are complete and accurate.
  • Prepare cash book entries for credit card expenditure and perform bank reconciliations, dealing with multiple currencies.
  • Assist with VAT accounting and reporting, as well as payroll, pension, and associated reporting.
  • Manage credit control duties and customer liaison, ensuring effective credit control and customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with the Sales, Production, and Management teams to assist with tasks such as order fulfillment, customer queries, and stock accounting.
Requirements
  • AAT Level 3 Diploma qualification or equivalent work experience.
  • Highly numerate with a strong degree of accuracy and an eye for detail.
  • Previous credit control experience or a willingness to develop in this area.
  • Ability to thrive in a varied, evolving role in a fast-paced environment with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Self-starter with a confident, organized, and methodical approach.
  • Microsoft Office experience and previous experience in Sage 200 or similar ERP systems is ideal.
