Forensic Healthcare Professional

We are seeking a dedicated Forensic Healthcare Professional to join our team at Mountain Healthcare. This role will involve working in custody suites, providing high-quality care to detainees and staff. The successful candidate will have experience in A&E, walk-in centres, substance misuse, community nursing, police custody, or prison settings.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a skilled nurse or paramedic to work in forensic healthcare, making a positive difference to people's lives. As a Forensic Custody Healthcare Professional, you will work closely with the police, receiving training and support to become an accredited Forensic Practitioner.
Our 4-on-4-off rota pattern offers a great work-life balance, allowing you to plan your personal life months in advance. You will work two day shifts, two night shifts, followed by four days off.
Benefits- Estimated average overtime pay: £3000
- £500 referral bonus for healthcare professionals
- NMC registration fees paid (£120 per year)
Additionally, you will enjoy enhanced sickness pay, maternity pay after one year of service, advanced rota planning, six weeks annual leave, and a pension scheme. We also offer a bonus scheme, life assurance, employee assistant programme, long service/team of the month awards, and funding for higher education courses after one year of service.
