Senior Healthcare Professional

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Healthcare Professional to join our Adult Social Care team in Guildhall. This challenging role offers a competitive salary of 25.23 per hour, providing an opportunity to lead and inspire a team of healthcare professionals.
The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions, managing hospital discharge processes, and implementing rehabilitation plans for service users in supported living.
- Lead and manage a clinical caseload of generic adults meeting OT eligibility criteria.
- Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care and services.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless hospital discharge processes and optimize patient outcomes.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A strong background in Occupational Therapy, including HCPC registration and a relevant degree.
- Excellent leadership and management skills to effectively lead and motivate a team of healthcare professionals.
