Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert clinical guidance to the IMHT.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions on trauma-informed care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans.
  • Present data-driven insights to inform service development.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • HCPC registration as a Clinical/Forensic or Counselling Psychologist.
  • Experience working with Forensic Mental Health patients and trauma-informed practice.
  • Excellent communication and team player skills.
  • A PhD is desirable but not essential.
