Join Our Team as a Professional Camera Repair Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced camera repair technician to join our team at Canon. As a key member of our professional service team, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a range of Canon professional high-tech photographic, video, and broadcast equipment.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with the latest state-of-the-art technology and to be part of a dynamic and driven team. You will have the chance to work on a variety of projects, from repairing and maintaining equipment to providing technical support at major events throughout the UK, Europe, and worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair a range of Canon professional high-tech photographic, video, and broadcast equipment
  • Provide technical support at major events throughout the UK, Europe, and worldwide
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure excellent customer service and support
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Canon's products and services
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong background in electrical and mechanical repairs
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • An enjoyment of problem-solving and fault-finding
  • Comfortable working to specific deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
  • A keenness to develop and repair multiple items across the Canon range
