About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Camera and Lens Repair Technician to join our team at Canon. As a key member of our Professional Service team, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a range of Canon professional high-tech photographic, video, and broadcast equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair complex camera and lens issues
  • Perform routine maintenance and adjustments on equipment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve technical issues
  • Provide exceptional customer service to professional clients
  • Travel to external venues to support Canon at major events

Requirements
  • Technician repair background with experience in electrical and mechanical repairs
  • Strong eye for detail and problem-solving skills
  • Interest in photography and experience with photographic products/technology
  • Ability to travel for occasional external events
  • Competent user of MS Office and Windows-based operating systems
