About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Camera and Lens Repair Technician to join our team at Canon. As a key member of our Professional Service team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our professional customers who use Canon cameras and lenses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose, repair, adjust, and check all parameters relating to a range of Canon professional high-tech photographic, video, and broadcast equipment.
  • Work at external venues to support Canon at major global events, providing technical support and assistance as needed.
  • Develop and repair multiple items across the Canon range, with training provided to ensure you have the necessary skills and expertise.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements
  • A technician repair background, with experience in repairing products at a similar level to Canon Imaging products.
  • A strong eye for detail and excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • An interest in photography and experience using photographic products/technology.
  • Ability to travel for occasional external events, both in the UK and abroad.
  • Competent user of MS Office and various Windows-based operating systems.
  • Excellent command of English, written and verbal, and confident customer service skills.
  • Full driving license required.
