We are actively recruiting for an enthusiastic Psychology Graduate to work in a 1:1 capacity with children with Special Educational Needs in the Margate area.

The ideal candidate will have graduated with a Degree or Masters in Psychology within the last 3 years and have a genuine desire to work with children with SEN. They will also be open to both SEN Teaching Assistant roles and Cover Supervision in Secondary Schools.

As a Psychology Graduate, you will have the opportunity to upskill yourself in SEN as it pertains to working in an education setting. We have extensive experience in qualifying these roles so a keen individual would be well informed and well supported in these roles.

The salary for this role is estimated at £83.33 - £90 per day, making it a highly competitive and fair rate of pay. Additionally, benefits include the opportunity to obtain a DBS and participate in training opportunities.

Key Requirements:

  1. Graduated with a Degree or Masters in Psychology within the last 3 years.
  2. Have a genuine desire to work with children with SEN.
  3. Be open to both SEN Teaching Assistant roles and Cover Supervision in Secondary Schools.
  4. Be willing to obtain a DBS.
