We are looking for a proactive Employee Relations Specialist to join our team in Eastbourne. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department by coordinating various HR activities and ensuring efficient HR operations.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Coordinating recruitment activities, including posting job adverts and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.
  • Handling employee enquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Organising and coordinating training sessions and employee development activities.
  • Preparing HR reports and presentations as required.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and strong organisational abilities. We offer a competitive salary of approximately £28,000 per year.
