Join our esteemed team at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust as a Paediatric Liver Disease Consultant Fellow. This challenging and rewarding role offers the opportunity to work closely with our multidisciplinary team and contribute to the development of paediatric hepatology services. As a fellow, you will be involved in the day-to-day management of patients, participate in outpatient clinics, and have opportunities to further your training in practical procedures such as therapeutic endoscopy and liver biopsy.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. You will be required to demonstrate empathy and sensitivity when interacting with patients and colleagues alike.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • Evidence of at least 36 months' experience in Paediatric Medicine
  • Previous experience working at a Registrar level
  • Ability to perform a safeguarding medical, level 3 safeguarding training
