As a Residential Support Professional, you will work closely with individuals who require daily support in a residential service. Your role will be to provide person-centred support, enabling Service Users to achieve their goals and live a healthy, positive lifestyle.

We are looking for someone with at least six months experience of supporting Service Users in the UK. You will have a strong commitment to building professional relationships with Service Users, their families, and other professionals.

The successful candidate will be able to use communication and language that is meaningful to the individual person. They will also be able to provide feedback to others and be an advocate to the individual they are supporting.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £24,000 per year, plus flexible working hours, weekly pay, and 24/7 access to a member of the Precedo Team.
